I'm still hung up over his driving to Marksville, twice!
Was for a different girl. Had sex both times, so not like it was some bad trip, just a long arse drive. Plus, she drove to meet me several times after and banged a bunch more times, just never twice in one weekend, lol.
As for the hobby lobby stuff, when we got there, it was well before the game was set to start, but for whatever reason, it took FOREVER. By the time we finished up there, picked up food, and got back to the house, it was halftime.

Reading through this thread got me thinking. There is something that dies in a lot of guys after their first one or two bad relationships. It's like we lose the enthusiasm and optimistic outlook on it. Its crazy what we do for that little patch of fur Speak da truth brothuh. I’ve also read a lot of theories that despite the fact that guys put on a tough emotional front, they actually get more attached to their ladies than their ladies do to them. There is a lot of evolutionary theory and shite that goes into it that I’m way too drunk to post, but I still find it interesting.
This is absolutely true. My dad tried to warn me of it before I got married, but I didn’t listen to him. Women just don’t love men the same way we love them. They just don’t. They act like they do because they know that’s what we want to hear and because they don’t want to hurt our feelings, but their romantic love is always relative and conditional far more so than what men feel.

I'm getting to be the same way and I'm only 30. I have gf but I'm not going to skip a weekend of hunting or fishing to do anything with her. In the past I might have made some sacrifices but now there ain't a chance.

I honestly can't think of one reason why I would ever need to go to a hobby lobby. I'm not even sure what kind of shite they sell

Well, it's crazy to do the same thing repeatedly and expect different results.
I think it's more about learning how to be better at picking them. The crazy ones can be lots of fun but don't expect it to last.

same here but my agent says there's no longer a market for a War and Peace length novel, especially when a sequel is expected

Nah, were at equal light and dark. Losing quite a bit of light each day though.
It's gorgeous outside, perfect fall day though.
