A few years ago I climbed Mt Everest and I parachuted down to base camp. Shortly after arriving I helped deliver twins for a Nepalese woman who did the cooking in the camp. I then returned to Everest to join a search and rescue team. We saved a group from Australia and I made the descent carrying one of the hikers on my back.
The good thing is I was still able to make it for breakfast.

As a female I think the most manly thing I've done, by myself, was remove 2 ceilings fans and replace them with new ones. The wiring part was scary since I wasn't really sure what I was doing. Still can't believe I was able to do it.

Driving down road one day and noticed a bunch of women at a garage/yard sale. They were huddled around someone or something and some were running around the yard screaming, gnashing teach, slinging snot.
Stopped, ran over and a youngster about a year and half old was choking. No one had heard of Heimlich but I'd recently been in a class which taught it.
Grabbed the little tot away from his mother, turned him, popped him where you're supposed to and a peanut shot out.
Felt pretty damn good about myself.
That was 30 something years ago and every time I see that kid's mother she thanks me. And the grandmother is always fixing me up some nice Christmas food every year.

30 yr. fireman/EMT/HAZMAT/high rise rescue. I can't even begin to list but I suppose the the MOST manly was sire and raise 3 boys to be successful.
I saved 2 of my grand daughters from drowning at the same time but any gender can do that.
Saving lives is just something that we should do. It doesn't require testosterone.

That's how we men roll on a bunch of fronts.
(Should I cut the red wire first or the green wire first??? Aww, frick it, I hate Tulane, the green wire it is)
OP: Saved a couple of stoners off Camille Cut (male & female) that were being washed out to the Gulf. They'd have been dead soon.

Been married to one woman for 22 years.
2nd would be, Killed a buck with my bow, it ran down a mountain. I gutted it, cut it in half, carried one half up the mountain for about 400 yards, took my clothes off (except my boots and long johns, went back down and got the other half. 18 degrees
