A coworker.
We were working days and there was a night crew behind us. Instead of the night crew filling the water coolers in their work area they come into our work area and take ours. This went on for a couple days, we let the night crew boss know to make his guys fill their own shite up and not take ours. Next day we come to work and sure enough, me and the guy I'm working with cooler is missing. He goes up on the deck about 20 feet off the ground and Olympic hammer throws every cooler off the deck hitting the ground. He finds his and goes fill it up brings it back where we working. Our boss comes around and ask why he did that. He said "why" and takes his grinder and throws it at the boss. The boss says, "Norm you could have hit me that if it wasn't plugged in". Norm became even more enraged and said "that's what the frick I was trying to do" he then picks up a hammer and goes to throw it at the boss, luckily his helper grabbed his arm and pulled the hammer away. We calmed ole Norm down. He ended up getting 3 days off.
That's one of many melts I've seen working construction. Everyone should work consteuction at least one summer, they'll have stories for a long time.

This one time when I was young... and my dad was coming up in the pro stock-car circuit. Last race of the season. A guy named Kenny Linder came up from inside, in the final turn. He clipped his bumper and put him into the wall at 120. I watched my dad burn to death. I remembered hearing him scream. But the people that were there said he had died before the tanks blew. They said it was me who was screaming. I saw Linder about a week later. I had a wrench, and I hit him and I didn't intend to keep hitting him, but when I finished, I couldn't lift my arm. He's a janitor at a high school. He has to take the bus to work every day and they banned me from the tracks for life.
I live my life a quarter-mile at a time. Nothing else matters. Not the mortgage, not the store...not my team and all their bullshite. For those 10 seconds or less...I'm free.

Yea... in hindsight that may have been a bit of an overreaction on his part.

I once broke a beer bottle over my own head before a bar fight after a group of frat stars kept making fun of my beanie.
The irony was that the beanie was covering stitches on my head from a recent car wreck.
I have thrown a twin cylinder motorcycle engine through my shop door when I finished assembling it only to see I was still wearing the piston rings on my finger.
