Winter - Yes.
Spring, Summer, Fall - No.
I'm not a sweater so I only use it for layering in the winter, especially if I'm going to be outdoors.

Bunch of 20 something's in this thread bragging they wear $100 shirts.
Real men wear undershirts. It can ruin truly nice dress shirts, in some cases.
Follow whatever trend you want, and I could not care less what you do. But if you are young and starting in an office, you will look young and starting going around in no undershirt. For those outside or both during the day, it just keeps you cooler. Nothing to do with fatness.

Professionals wear an undershirt. V-neck if no tie.
Polo doesn't really matter...but don't be the guy that wears a crewneck with a polo.

T-shirt.
A. It looks better.
B. If you get sweaty nobody knows.
C. Contains chest hair, so you don’t look like a dude from the 1970’s.
D. If you still wear cologne, it can be applied to the t-shirt and not over power the room.
E. For me personally. Once you’ve worn one, going without feels like your wearing a shirt made of caterpillars.

I'm 35, wore an undershirt under everything from highschool through college.
Now, I only wear an undershirt under a dress (button down) shirt. Under Armor V-neck undershirt- not a cotton T-shirt. Nothing under Polo's. Undershirt under a Polo is highschool shite.
