Fusion of common elements to create uncommon elements is real. Vacuum and voltage are key players. Secrecy is imperative as the world's economy would collapse if people began making gold out of lead.
Manipulation of electrons, neutrons, and valences is limitless due to advances in nanotechnology.
Now, you should continue paying $1249 per oz. to keep the artificial want propped up.

Oh Lord yes....
Underground cities and road systems connecting them, space based weaponry, Dugway/Dulce, gold reserves missing we are 'holding' for other countries... the list is endless. Civilians have no idea what our leadership is hiding.

FOIA On East Coast Trafficking Networks
June 16, 2017 Kenneth Whittle
quote:
The document describes an investigation into child p0rnography and human trafficking by two detectives from the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police. The findings were presented to officials on July 26, 1982.
Detectives found that organized crime did play a role in the distribution of child pornography, but that the day-to-day activity in regards to child prostitution appeared to be run by a group of collectors who would, “trade material and trade male prostitutes back and forth.” The investigation revealed that young male and female minors were being transported between California and D.C. along a route known as the “California Connection.” The route was part of a circuit which encompassed Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New Orleans, New York, D.C., and Florida. According to detectives, clients could call a phone number in Houston from Washington and have a young boy delivered directly to their location. These purchases were incredibly streamlined and could even be made with credit cards which were charged to front companies under various guises such as photography studios, book stores, models, and model agencies.
quote:
The investigation also noted that the younger children would be placed on narcotics in order to keep them under control, and were told not to talk to the police, and that if they did, they would receive bodily harm or be killed.
quote:
Detectives also stated that these call services would supplement their income by selling information on the sexual proclivities of their clients to agents of British, Israeli, and Soviet intelligence services. Intelligence agencies have a documented history of seeking sexual blackmail to exert control over public figures and government assets.

FOIA pdf
pages 20-22ish:
quote:
DETECTIVE FISHER: I think, it's almost like if you get into this area of mind
control. You take someone, you get tnem out of their normal society, and you bring them, into this area. Perhaps, you start coming down on theni a little hard, and then you treat then. with niceness, and you have them basically sucked into you. They might want to get away, but they can't get away because they see no alternative, and that's a form of coercion, even if it's not a strict, harsh coercion. It's a mental coercion.
quote:
DETECTIVE SHOFBLER: Well, when you talk about juvenile prostitution, traditional
law enforcement methodology is handicapped in terms of investigating those allegations; because if you are investigating narcotics or if you're investigating robbery or something like that, you can get informants. You can put them into the organization. You can get the facts you need. But when you're dea1ing with a situation that involves a juvenile, it's very hard. You can't. You can't take a juvenile and place them into a ring that's making movies or utilizing his services, because you're just as wrong as what you are trying to address. So law enforcement is really in a position there where it can't answer a lot of questions that I'm sure you would want answers to. We can only guess from interviews of other people who eventually talked to us as to how it goes on and what happens.

Golden Showers In The US? Both Russia And US Intelligence Agencies Have Used 'Kompromat' Against Their Enemies

The practice of collecting compromising materials is even a Russian word -- “kompromat” -- and Russian intelligence agencies have been digging it up and dishing it out for decades.

American Kompromat
In November 1964, Coretta Scott King, wife of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., received a strange package in the mail. Inside was an anonymous letter addressed to the civil rights leader, along with a tape recording. Coretta Scott King thought the recording might be of one of her husband’s speeches. Instead, the tape apparently revealed his sexual indiscretions.
The letter was simply addressed to “King."
“In lieu of your low grade, abnormal personal behavior I will not dignify your name with either a Mr. or a Reverend or a Dr.,” the letter began.
The point was to blackmail King, and to embarrass him so ruthlessly so that he would take his own life.
“King, there is only one thing left for you to do. You know what it is. You have just 34 days in which to do... You are done. There is but one way out for you. You better take it before your filthy abnormal, fraudulent self is bared to the nation.”

The FBI’s secret operations were verified in the 1970s, when the Senate put together the Church Committee to investigate the FBI and COINTELPRO. One committee member, Sen. Howard Baker, Jr. (R-Tenn.), stated, “[O]ur investigation uncovered many actions by agents of the FBI and of the CIA that I would previously have not thought possible (e.g. crude FBI letters to break up marriages or cause strife between Black groups and the CIA assassination plots) in our excellent intelligence and law enforcement institutions.”
But COINTELPRO wasn’t necessarily the anomaly in U.S. intelligence agencies that Baker was making it out to be. Two decades earlier, for instance, the CIA was using sexual circumstances to play with the possibility of mind control in its conspicuously named Operation Midnight Climax, a subproject of MKULTRA.
Starting in 1953, the CIA tested the results of LSD on human subjects. Although Operation Midnight Climax originally used volunteers, CIA agents later secretly gave the drug to unwitting visitors of a San Francisco brothel. The project stopped in the 1960s.

A carbon-rich black layer, dating to 12.9 ka, has been previously identified at 50 Clovis-age sites across North America and appears contemporaneous with the abrupt onset of Younger Dryas (YD) cooling. The in situ bones of extinct Pleistocene megafauna, along with Clovis tool assemblages, occur below this black layer but not within or above it. Causes for the extinctions, YD cooling, and termination of Clovis culture have long been controversial. In this paper, we provide evidence for an extraterrestrial (ET) impact event at 12.9 ka, which we hypothesize caused abrupt environmental changes that contributed to YD cooling, major ecological reorgani- zation, broad-scale extinctions, and rapid human behavioral shifts at the end of the Clovis Period. Clovis-age sites in North American are overlain by a thin, discrete layer with varying peak abundances of (i) magnetic grains with iridium, (ii) magnetic microspherules, (iii) char- coal, (iv) soot, (v) carbon spherules, (vi) glass-like carbon containing nanodiamonds, and (vii) fullerenes with ET helium, all of which are evidence for an ET impact and associated biomass burning at 12.9 ka. This layer also extends throughout at least 15 Carolina Bays, which are unique, elliptical depressions, oriented to the northwest across the Atlantic Coastal Plain. We propose that one or more large, low-density ET objects exploded over northern North America, par- tially destabilizing the Laurentide Ice Sheet and triggering YD cooling. The shock wave, thermal pulse, and event-related environmental effects (e.g., extensive biomass burning and food limitations) con- tributed to end-Pleistocene megafaunal extinctions and adaptive shifts among PaleoAmericans in North America.

Negative.
There are a lot of things that are done to minimize waste and save money. The problem is, the laws don't allow them to do so. So really round about solutions are found to problems that shouldn't even exist.

I heard a team of grad students at MIT mathematically proved that God was dead, but the Vatican had them silenced.
I think it was that black jack team and they just kinda stumbled across it.

Yep. Subliminal messages in tv commercials do try to control our minds. With weather control, I think of Katrina and HAARP which the government says is no longer in use. They couldn't MAKE the weather but they could send the energy from it to certain locations according to some reports.
