I’m thinking for a man it’s got to be around 45.

Yeah when you’re young you have no responsibilities for the most part but you can’t do much. I think middle age is prime. You’re settled in, you’re making good money and you can see the end of the work life.

40-45 was badass. 50 ain't bad though. I'm still in good health, reasonably fit, and retiring in 4 years.

This…I am in my mid 50’s and I am loving it. Making more money than I ever thought I would make, and the end of work is in sight!

25

Perfect balance between entering adulthood / starting to make a little bit of money, yet still considered a “kid” by many and able to have a good time and frick up every now and then…. That was 20 yrs ago for me, i feel like being 25 now would be even better b/c no one these days expects you to have your shite together at 25 and you could coast even longer, extending your adolescence to like 30 yrs old .

For me, it was 18. Just graduated high school and was starting college. Lots to be excited about.

Probably mid 30s, not that 45-46 has been bad by any means.

Currently 31. Hoping 35-40 will be the best. Will have vehicles paid, student loans paid, kids old enough to travel with

Goal will be to try to win a pro card for masters level bodybuilding which is 35+. Will be in best shape of life.

I'm only low-20s, but even though all of my years have been great, age 8-11 was badass

I’m mid-thirties and life is pretty good. I’ve been in the best shape of my adult life these past 4 years, upward career trajectory, making good money, started a family. No real complaints about my mid-thirties. Obviously can’t speak to later years but these have been the best so far.

13-17 and then late 20’s so far.

Late thirties are bittersweet since you’re hitting your stride with career and family but damn they are exhausting. Looking forward to my 40’s to settle in.

43. Miserable as I ever was. Making damn good money with limited bills and still ain’t enough money. Somebody always wanting a little more.
