I had enough interaction with her to where I already had come to that conclusion myself. No doubt though that she is the master of self-promotion - she wasn't even the best goalie on the team her last couple years, but this place acted like she was Hope Solo.
I guess don't hate the player, hate the game. And she plays it well...

I think she's either genuine or the greatest actor on the planet. I side with genuine. She has issues (including her father's suicide). She's done a good job marketing herself, but I think she truly believes what she's saying.
She's sharing her story that it may help others come to Jesus (the great commission) and show that no matter how low you get, Jesus still loves you, and will accept you with open arms.
I believe it, but obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Making fun of her for what she believes and calling her an attention whore just makes you sound short sighted and like a bigot.
But I've come to accept that bashing religion as a fantasy is the "in" thing to do right now.
