What is it exactly that BLM wants?

The chants of “no justice no peace” and “black lives matter” - The George Floyd murderer is gonna spend the rest of his life in jail. No one is saying black lives don’t matter.
There’s been massive funding shift away from police to black social programs. There’s been over a billion dollars donated to BLM.
What exactly puts an end to this? All police are defunded completely? A massive government debt to pay reparations? Or do cities continue to burn every time a black person dies at the hands of police regardless of the context of the situation?
There’s hate crimes against whites every day now. Being are literally being assaulted due to their skin color. There’s small businesses being burned to the ground. Looting is being praised by politicians. I hope everyone is happy with the unplanned donation of our society.
I don’t know how you stop a leaderless army that riots and burns without demands.Are we really on the brink of a civil war?

BLM’s intentions are that the police treat blacks as blacks perceive police treat whites.
While efforts of some police need great improvement, a vast majority treat their suspects all the same.
What does NOT help is that your media will focus on any black/police deadly encounter and gloss over any white/police deadly encounter, thus greatly altering the perception.
Which leads to protests and riots

As long as more people of all races fight the police, argue with the police, disrespect the police, try to overtake the police, the more people who are going to be mistreated. They are all on edge right now and everyone seems to think they can fight them no matter what. They will defend themselves and I dont blame them. The guy who got shot at Wendys in Atlanta is a perfect example.
