What is it about a slight amount of moisture that makes people unable to drive well

It’s like rain immediately causes the majority of already bad drivers to get immeasurably worse.

People here slow down 25 mph in the slighest bit of drizzle

If you’re driving and it starts to sprinkle, you should slow down and check all of your weather apps to see how bad it will be and then text your friends to let them know also.

The French are well known as the worst drivers in Europe. Their Louisiana cousins aren't much better.
