Pizza insurance?? They're in for a surprise. Really bad idea considering people can be extremely selfish. I hope they don't mind going back to get that bbq sauce they forgot.

You pay a couple of dollars more for something you won't use, it's a tax on stupid people, just like the lottery.

Just ordered two medium two toppings for $5.99 each...no insurance. I’m living on the edge!

ETA: pizza secured...in my belly. Great success!

I thought this was just an advertising gimmick. They actually offer and charge for this?

Really bad idea to post about something without knowing all the facts.

Btw, welcome to 2017.

I assume you have to give back the pizza you dropped and let them throw it out.

So you get the same number of pizzas and waste time and gas. Only benefit is not having to buy a second pizza if something really does happen.

Wut?

Its a play on something every restaurant on earth already does (correct an order when someone bitches). Its not literal insurance you pay for.

Carryout orders must be returned to the same store, uneaten and in original packaging, within two hours of purchase. Replacement orders must match original order with no substitutions. Limited time offer. Store participation may vary. . . .

It's not like it's going to be a big issue/cost for Domino's to remake something. Keeping a customer happy due to some mishap for a carryout order is a net positive for them.
