Ignore all those corporate solutions. Just use a little sugar to boost your car's efficiency and clean the carbon build up off the valvetrain.

None. There is no need ever for gas treatment. If you have water drain it.

I also add a bottle to the oil once a year on my excursion that’s over 200k miles.

I still use Marvels Mystery Oil in my old ‘77. I also added the recommended amount to my oil changes every other oil change.

Grandfather started using it when he bought the truck new. Runs like a top.

STP fuel additive is a good cleaner. You can pick it up at NAPA.

It’s easier just to get the flux capacitor serviced by a professional every few years.
