From LC... married a lawyer from there, became one herself, then became some sort of judge up there.

The older people act like Opelousas is on par with Lafayette and look down on neighboring towns. I'll tell you one thing I've never met one of their daughters that didn't go down on the first date. Those Opelousas girls are straight hoes.

Until now, I had only heard bits and pieces through the years.
One of the Weinstein descendants I recently met. He's in his forties and his job is managing a lot of that property. Rumor is, the older guys in the family are tight as hell, and definitely making him work for it.

I don't know. I've struggled with this for years. It was a pretty rough place to grow up if you went public schools. But there were a lot of nice people there of all races.
There is an entrenched ignorance that cuts across all demographics. I would never, ever, ever move back there now that I've seen Paris. That said, and rough as it was, the Opelousas experience gave me a unique perspective on the world.

His son is the same age as my sister. I knew him growing up. He is a nurse in Texas now.

Oh no. It was a well known cat house (or Cat house, I should say) back in my day. It was off the airport road.
