Until just a few years ago, Breaux Bridge had a segregated Crawfish Festival. Go Figure.

All the Jewish folks I knew went to OC. There really wasn't another option if you wanted a private school. There was no Episcopal School.

That big bluff you see between Opelousas and Sunset on the east side of I-49 overlooks an ancient bed of the Mississippi River. So there's that.
