Alcohol is for both genders which would make this close I think.
The male birth control would help society a ton and hangover-less alcohol would create some mayhem

How about instead of hangover less alcohol, a pill you take that prevents hangovers. Seems more in line with the other option

One prevents an uncomfortable day of headache, being tired, and the shits.

I don't know which would make more money over the long haul (yes I do), but I know which you could charge more for per dose.

This is true. Without generics it could be pricey but you'd have to be careful not to price out the market.
The demographics for the BC pill are much smaller than people think too due to women on BC, the ease of vasectomies these days, and menopause.
Alcohol hits both genders and goes from 18 till death.

What sane man believe the same thing? As long as she knows she is on the pill (or whatever device) and he knows that he is, they both have peace of mind.

You're thinking too small. How about a pill that prevents hangovers and also acts as male birth control. After all, a big night of drinking is when you're most likely to both get a hangover and knock up some random slut.
