You can see tons of shite with nvgs, the IR freq is a huge range...

First joint huh?

On a serious note, first joint would require effort. Firsts are more likely to be edible or vaped.
And These days a single 27% edible milkball will frick ANYONE up for solid 8 hrs.

No worse of a answer, than Big Bang/Evolution/Creationism theories.

It's more plausible than, well, other popular theories.

I'd imagine it's an unimaginable frequency thats simply inconceivable for the human condition. They have perfectly calculated how to control the human existence, or they've utilized this planet to conduct their experiment.

They exist invisibly in such a way that no human creation can reach the knowledge of their existence... at least not with certainty. Like human existence is a one way mirror to a superior race of beings.

Fun question though; plenty of sci-fi movies with this story line.

Are you just now catching up on the last season of Doctor Who? They already showed you the way to prove or disprove it. Get a group of people together and try to throw out random numbers. If everyone always says the same numbers in the same order, it's a computer simulation. Advanced alien computers could do a lot, but they're still shite at random number generation.

I prefer to believe we exist in a drop of water on some 9th grader's microscope slide.

Do you understand how light works? If they are anything other than transparent, they would block out whatever was behind them. Even transparent things tend to distort the image passing through them.

Now perhaps they have some technology that "bends" light around them, either through refraction of some method of instantaneous capture/rebroadcast.
