submit to you that you are a part of the problem by trying to convince someone without a valid, statistical analysis

This is called the “I know you’re right but I’m going to ask you to do ridiculous analysis that I won’t look at anyway just so you shut up and go away” argument.

ridiculous statement

When someone is in a professional career, they're expected to be impartial. It should not matter in the slightest what party you vote for when you show up to work.

You'd be fine with republican plumbers only working for other republicans? Civil engineering contractors only building infrastructure in districts that voted like they did? That's absurd, but you seem to excuse journalists and teachers. They're overwhelmingly liberal, so it's ok if they ignore the professional ethics that they hold everyone else to.

If progressives didn't have double standards, they wouldn't have any standards at all.

Cliche, but 100% accurate.

This isn’t true. The statistic is that 98% of donations from Twitter employees went to Democrats, not that 98% of Twitter employees donated to Democrats. Mostly the board giving large donations.

You DO realize that your correction doesn't make it any better, right? It actually kinda makes it worse.

So you're pointing out that the
OP guy claimed that 98% of Twitter employees donated to Democrat campaigns, but "that's not a fair or accurate statement!"

Instead, it's 98% of donations made to political campaigns by Twitter employees went to the Ds. And oh, by the way, most of those were the board members at Twitter who ultimately make the decisions as to the direction of the platform. No big deal! It's not 98% of their employees, just the ones that make all the decisions!

You don't see how that's WORSE?

Why on earth are you even trying to engage in a conversation with this fricking liberal loser?? She has no interest in what you’re trying to explain.. rather, she’s gonna let you type paragraph after paragraph and nitpick the smallest detail and make you go further and further into it until you finally realize that you are no longer talking about the original shite you wanted to talk about

Everyone knows you’re right. Everyone sees this shite play in day in and day out. The left has controlled damn near every single major news outlet and they have been pushing their bullshite narratives for a decade+

TLDR:
Leave that pussy alone. she has no genuine interest in what you’re saying. This is all just an elaborate attempt at a ‘gotcha’ after you’ve typed out post after post of good info

Damn, dude, you got some issues. Maybe try not to take yourself so seriously.

All I'm saying is that, yes, I too believe in the liberal academia narrative. But why? I have never actually seen data to support it.

I'm sorry if it makes you so uncomfortable when someone is just questioning unsupported accepted norms.

You are literally engaging in a fallacious Argumentum ad populum argument.

Don't mistake me, I have heard how liberal universities are all of my life, and have come to believe it myself. Now I'm just asking, "why?" Why have I believed this statement with no empirical evidence?
