Are you talking about just people acting stupid or actual loss of resources and order? Loss of order is bad but loss of resources makes everyone crazy.

That deserves a spin off thread.

People in urban areas would be in trouble. People in the way out , almost rural areas like myself will fare better. I feel certain that the fathers and teenaged sons of the 12 households in my S/D (was developed for 82 lots but developer foreclosed in 2009) would band together to protect our little community. I would not want to be living in a high population area in that event.
