I posted this solution 6 yrs ago and I stand behind it.

This is a house bill to exit the United Nations. Congressional Bill I wanted to seize the UN building and force them to relocate to Haiti. Give all the foreign spies a Caribbean Island to meet at and employ a bunch of lazy Haitians' as maids, chauffeurs and cooks. Breath some economic life back into the island.

If the island had any sort of value, militarily or for natural resources, you’d think a major power would swoop in and take advantage. But they have sand and mud, and the natives are dangerous.
Sadly, leftist causes will continue to use Haiti as bait for money laundering ops.

The same thing it holds for a giant turd in the toilet bowl. Somebody just needs to flush.

It's always been a very impoverished island,
It does share the island with the Dominican Republic. They have issues of their own but still managed to make their part of the island FAR more prosperous, stable, and safer in comparison to Haiti. Again the DR is still a developing country by every metric but it’s crazy how striking the difference is between the two
