Unless he wants to do winter sorts why would you go there? And if you like cold penn st has a better rep for engineering.

I saw the campus about 15 years ago. Minneapolis seemed nice then, but I’m pretty sure it’s a cesspool now.

Auburn seems like a good small town.

Vandy or usc would be best mix of social and academic
