I played the recording for some people that I work with. I didn't tell them that some people heard "laurel" and others heard "yanny". I just asked them to repeat what they heard. I and two others heard laurel. Two other people heard yanny.

I hear both. It start with yanny and finishes with laurel.

If you play this backwards you will ether hear Lou Rawls or Enya. Its weird because they are vastly different styles.
