I'm a CFO and catch heat for oilfield baws, operators are no different than any other plant worker imo.

Well guys if you think Chemical and Refinery plant operators are as dumb as it sounds like, then none of you want to know just how bad it would be if the wrong Tank or Sphere was to ignite. Some of you have no clue at all do ya? Think goodness that there are some very sharp and responsible guys that do work as operator's. But if you really think their not sharp guys working in these jobs, then I suggest you move far, far away from any Chemical plant. Hell just the Cyanide in Geismar area plants could do a lot harm to many. So there must be 1 or 2 who know's what the process is. And no, I don't work in any Plant.
