Depending on how long you've been married, age, etc., here's a good idea.
Each year or each major gift giving occasion, get her one piece of jewelry with one type stone.
ie: Get her ruby earrings, then next time ruby bracelet, then ruby necklace, then move on to emerald, etc. etc. That should set you up for a long time and you should be able to get each piece for under $300.00 (or at the very least you should be able to start with a piece for that amount).

Bought my wife (and me) front row tickets to see The Avett Brothers at The Saenger in March. It's one of her favorite bands. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary next month also.

A 1970 fj40. Bought it last year and have been storing and restoring it in my best friends shop without her knowledge. She has a couple nice sports cars but has always wanted one of these.
