Personally I haven't said anything about any of the women in my life that I wouldn't say to them in person.

My wife and I have been happily married for 34 years and lived together for 5 years before that. She has a masters degree, has worked in the same career for nearly 40 years and has nearly 250 direct reports spread out across the entire US and several countries. By all outward measures she is pretty satisfied with her lot in life...if she weren't she's more than capable of changing it. There is nothing she can't do if she sets her mind to it. I am absolutely certain that she says heinous shite about me to her friends because she will do it to me without reserve. Your assertion insinuates that the wives of posters here are not capable of determining what is best for them. Thats way more insulting than stating that women are nuts a week out of 4. The latter is a common idea, right wrong or indifferent, the former is some serious backward thinking.....

Women shed worse than a Collie. Once a month I have to clean her shower drain, the tub drain and the sink drain.

I am perfectly content with my wife and from all outward appearance she is with me....we've been together nearly 40 years, she is not stupid nor financially dependent, if she weren't happy I suspect she'd leave.

I hit the lottery when she showed any interest in me at all. Best thing that ever happened to me and I say so to people pretty often. I also say so through my actions. That said she is not perfect. She is human. She has issues like everyone. She can be petty, jealous, hateful - just like anyone. She does stupid shite, she makes mistakes, she is human. It would be insulting as hell for a man to pretend their wife was something no human has ever been.

Pleasantly, I learned I had married a partner that supplied every need that I had. Been that way for over 56 years.
