Tumi. Expensive but last a lifetime.

Assuming you have one. I just got a new bag in today and now it will just sit patiently in the basement until I'm actually commuting to work. Can't beat a nice leather bag.
Mystery Ranch 3-Way Expandable Briefcase
1000D Cordura, 3-Way Zip open, expandable and uses YYK Zippers. Fits my 15" Dell Touchscreen Laptop with ease, along with felt sleeve area for my iPad Mini, my side-hustle seals and stamps, zipped areas to hold things that don't need to move around, my planners, notebooks folders, work docs, etc.
This company has contracts to provide SOCOM's Units their tactical bags. They also have a virtual monopoly on wildfire fighters packs. Big Game Hunters who hike in, kill from distance, field dress and have to hike out on foot w/meat in tow also swear by them.
They're wildly overdesigned but not wild looking. Grayman look makes them understated enough to bring them anywhere.
I bought mine when they first came out and had it packed and heard the plastic bearings making a squeaky noise as I walked. Reached out to their customer service and was talking to the guy who designed the damn thing a little over 24 hours later.
They shipped me metal bearing replacements on the strap and changed their design as a result. All at no cost to me. While giving me their direct contact info if I had other issues since they had considered me a, "field tester," afterwards.
The company's legitimately awesome. They sponsor conservation charities, hunters, fisherman, wildfire charities, veteran's charities, etc.
You can buy it [link=(here)]https://huckberry.com/store/mystery-ranch/category/p/50997-3-way-briefcase-22l[/link] for $150 or directly from Mystery Ranch [link=(here)]https://www.mysteryranch.com/3-way-briefcase-expandable[/link].
This was the first thing I ever owned from them. Since then, I bought their Urban Assault 21L backpack, their Mission Duffle (don't really use), and their 40L Mission Wheelie for my carry-on/air-travel luggage.
You will find consistency in their build quality and the way they stand behind their products. They're pricey but not as bad as some. Definitely worth it.

I noticed it after I posted it and said, "Well hell...Let's see if anyone actually responds mentioning it."
...and to answer your question, it's going well. It's my side hustle but it pays for my beer most weeks.

It's not a purse. It's a European carryall.
