I really like both my Polo 867 Classic Fit and Levi 559 Relaxed Straight Fit. The Polo's leave a little more room in the legs while the Levi 559's are a little tighter on the legs. Both look good and have been solid.

Banana republic has some good jeans that can be used for business casual type events. No holes, no queen designs. Catch them at the right sale and you can get them for like $25.

Buckle sells some legit jeans. Just go on their website and do a search -- they have several similar to the pic you posted.
Toughest jeans I ever owned were a pair of Prison Blues -- made and sold by the prisoners in Oregon (I think)
