1. Ta'Kiya
2. 21 years old with two kids and one in the oven.
3. Stealing from a Kroger.
4. Driving a Lexus.
5. No license tag.
6. Parked in a handicapped spot
7. Refused to comply.
8. Last words were "what are you gonna do, shoot me?"
9. Accelerated towards an officer.

Her family is 100% correct. This should have never ever, ever happened. If she didn’t decide to steal things it wouldn’t have happened. If she decided to comply it would not have happened. If she decided to not attempt to kill or maim an officer it would have never happened.
