To answer OP....getting my husband a card likely
We are going with friends to a beer festival that day. So the fact that I'm not expecting some elaborate date that day is also like a gift to him. Instead he gets to drink lots of different beers.

Our son turns two on Friday and we have both sides of the family coming in for the birthday weekend. The party is Saturday afternoon. I wanted to do something special for the two of us, but don't see that happening. We will just enjoy the family and our son's birthday.

His birthday is Wednesday and mine is next week. We skip Valentine's and just celebrate our birthdays.
