It’s an office park.

Sounds like some jealous of Ruffin’s success in here.

Jealous? No.

Confused why a mediocre Italian restaurant is so popular? Yes.

We get great service, a variety of specials to choose from, a good menu, and a fun atmosphere and even a big screen tv to watch a big game!!!

I won’t argue the service or atmosphere which is why they are always busy.

I learned a long time ago you can have mediocre food but with outstanding hospitality and you will have a busy business; you can have outstanding food but mediocre service and be out of business real quickly.

I heard Walt Disney was in town scouting locations for the next Disney World about sixty years ago.

It looks like the permits have been approved.

I can attest to this. Mama is italian and nothing in their restaraunt comes close to mama's cooking. Now it's hard to beat their lobster special on Sunday.

The amusement park that is currently located in the former Ryan’s parking lot on Coursey is relocating to Highland Road, in the now vacant lot next to Ruffino’s.
