Never been to these places but I'm throwing them out there anyways:

1. Meridian, Idaho

2. SLC, Utah

3. Minneapolis, Minnesota

4. Sandpoint, Idaho

5. Somewhere in Washington.

The Seattle area is the hottest real estate market in the country right now. It's insane how fast the housing prices are increasing lately. Plus you have Google, Tableau, Amazon, Facebook, etc. expanding rapidly here.

Good for people already in the housing market, bad for people like me who were hoping to buy soon.

I'm putting an offer in on a house in Seattle today. We're going 8% over list and are pretty sure we're going to lose it to either somebody going 20% over list or a straight cash offer. It's insane

Vinnick (owner of the Lightning has big plans for the area) and a lot of residential projects are going up. DT Tampa lacks the nightlife of St Pete, but it could get there in the next 5-10.

I've never been to Minnesota but it looks absolutely beautiful, and it has a great economy, right?

You wish you live in CCL like me. You don't have the guts to be who you want to be.
