Mid 30’s. They can hide a good bit for another few years, but catch one on the wrong day and holy shite they don’t even look like the person you thought you knew.

Random story to back this up, my boss and his wife are late 30’s, 4 or 5 years older than me. She’s a teacher at a community college. Pretty good looking out in public. Not a knock out, but she can hold her own… We’re friends away from work also, live down the street from each other so familiar with each other’s houses and whatnot. He left early one day but forgot his briefcase so he asked me to run over to their house and she’d give it to me. It was a Saturday morning in the summer and holy shite. Looked ratchet as hell. Saggy as frick arse in her legging. Head full of grey hair that hadn’t been colored in a few weeks, wrinkles and lines all over her face… I was in shock.

Your Dicaprio or Bilzerian obviously have their choice and typically don't even date women in their 30s. Your garden variety millionaires do the same on smaller and less notorious scales.
