While you are correct about calories in vs calories out in regards to losing weight...you've mistakenly conflated "health" with "weight" just because you are thin or fat does not mean you are healthy or unhealthy.
Obviously, healthy weight with a nutritious diet is better than healthy weight eating poor though

Then why do obese body positivity social media commenters keep dropping dead? I know the occasional skinny one drops dead every so often too but usually because they were starving themselves on extreme diets.
