Besides being malnourished skinny like Africa kids, being a healthy weight vs being overweight has proven to be a better indicator of life expectancy than any other health metric like BP, cholesterol, etc

Obviously, healthy weight with a nutritious diet is better than healthy weight eating poor though

Then why do obese body positivity social media commenters keep dropping dead? I know the occasional skinny one drops dead every so often too but usually because they were starving themselves on extreme diets.

Depends on what makes up those calories and how you use them in your daily activity.
