Weird experience this morning

I'm heading out to work, it's about 7:30 am. This dude is crossing the street, to what appears to be his trash can. He looked homeless and absolutely high on meth or heroin, but I'm no expert. The weirdest part was when he tried to have me run him over. His face expressed such anger towards me, like I had got in my car only to find and hit this dude. Then he throws, who the hell knows what, at my car. I had to enter the opposite lane to avoid this guy. What the hell, man?

I had a similar experience in the Heights in Houston one night
I was in my truck (kinda large) and a bum laid down in the narrow street (with cars parked on both sides) and kept yelling for me to run him over
I couldn't go anywhere because a car was also behind me, I just had to wait till he eventually got bored and started praying to a garbage can

Had something similar happen a couple of weeks ago. Meth chick drove her bike into the side of my truck as i started to pull out. I was in a main roadway so i made a circle back to the parking lot she was riding her bike in to see if she was ok. I asked her if she wanted me to call the police, and of course she said no, but said she was hungry and that I messed her bike up. Lol. I gave her a cheeseburger i had recently bought and $5. She rode off, probably to claim another victim. I told the business where she riding her bike what she was doing, but i doubt they did anything
