Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Ft. Morgan. I'm an aquaphile, so I love that area.

Savannah to Jacksonville to St. Augustine, FL is a nice area. I love the beaches on the Atlantic Coast. FL no state income tax is a plus. Good governor.
