Looking for a dressy watch with a brown leather band.
Really liking a Baume et mercier I saw yesterday (classima)
Blue steel hands look great in person. Really the picture doesn't do it justice.

I'm not a huge fan of B&M.
Other ideas for the white face/blue hands setup. Some are obviously more expensive, but there are homages to a lot:
Ball Trainmaster Cleveland Express, I put mine on a brown strap.

I just don't find them a value at the price point for what they are, and I'm not a huge fan of the dial design over those in the comparable range. I know they can often be had for steep discounts, so it may be more worth it.
