Yea it's usually in good shape, turtleback greens that are fun, not very long.

I'm excited. It's the only course in Sourh Louisiana with a golden age architecture pedigree (Seth Raynor).

I play there every weekend.

It's a fun track, but your first time around can be frustrating. Just about every green is elevated, bunkers are 6-8 feet, or more, below the green surface.

If you play with any older guys, they'll try to convince you that putts always break towards Airline Hwy...don't believe them.

Hope you enjoy yourself.

I'm heading to Vancleave, MS to play The Preserve tomorrow morning. First time playing there, but I've only heard good things.

Thanks for the tips!

The preserve is beautiful. There are some really nice elevation changes. It kicked my arse the time I played. I lost the better part of a dozen golf balls. Keep it out of the native areas!

Played Ribbalands today. First time out in 3 months. Wet, bunkers mostly washed out. COP. Greens were fast. Can't control the weather.
