It seems kinda double standard for me to get a real diamond vs a CZ while he gets a "fake" ring. Do men actually care?

My husband also has a nice gold band that he wears when he gets dressed up or we go to his parent's house.

It was his grandfather's. He doesn't want to wear it daily cause of the sentimental value of it. He would feel horrible if he lost that one.

Either, get the comfort band. Do not spend more than $50 but really $20-30. I've seen some stores sell for $100-400 for the same damn band.

If Stuller sells to the public in their Lefayette location buy from them, they make a lot of jewelry for jewelry stores.

Tungsten isn't a "fake" ring though. Just another metal.

And a CZ is another stone. I know diamonds are a racket. I still like them.

The answer to this question is always no.

I was told by the artist who made mine that sterling silver was a terrible idea for a bamd and her design would wear smooth un under a few years.

Five years in, my ring looks like the day I bought it. I wear it while in the shop, in the yard, cooking, wherever.

If I haven't screwed it up, no one will.

It is because silver is pretty soft as a metal.

I love silver and have several silver rings....but many of them will bend really easily.

It's slightly better than 18kt gold and slighty less than 14kt but she really wanted to put the markup on the gold vs the silver. 75x's the price.

Can't you just get a c@ck ring? Seems more appropriate.

I definitely thought this was about musical bands for the reception. That said, just spend less than $100 on a plain band. You'll lose it eventually so you want it to be cheap and easy to replace without the wife noticing.

If you even lift, bro, get yourself a Qalo. (I didn't mean to make that rhyme - why isn't that Qalo's slogan?)

Tungsten Carbide from Amazon... same ring they sell in jewelry stores for north of $300. Get the comfort fit for as it says a more comfortable fit. I've had mine for years and paid $30 for it with my wife's blessing... of course we paid a hell of a lot more for her ring and I'm ok with that too.

You're telling me.

I have three extra rings for myself and my wife. One in my safe, one in my cousin's, and one in a safe deposit box.

For under $100 bucks a ring we have rings that we will never see on another person's hand.

Let's be honest, that's more important than just about anything to a woman

If she was more legit about her services she would have charged you a design and casting fee, then materials per ring.

You'd be surprised how many people say they are doing the work, but actually subbing out everything.
