Really depends on where you are.

Flooding ongoing in parts of Lake Charles. Got a parade of flash food warnings across the most of the SW part of the state and will be pushing east as the rain stays heavy along let's say Highway 90.

It's all flash flooding. This today won't cause river flooding.

Accident on I-12 W at Drusilla has the right lane blocked. Delays currently to Airline.

Well lets see. It's been pretty dry the last week. We're in springtime and the grass is starting to grow and absorb water.

Haven't had anything too intense yet so I would say minimal unless this stalls.
