How come when I grew up as a kid of the 70’s/80’s & college through the 90’s I never knew or heard of one person with a “peanut allergy”. Now it’s everywhere & it’s life threatening. It’s like the reverse version of quicksand.

If I had a child with a peanut allergy I would probably not depend on high school employees to not screw this up.

I would have made it very clear about his allergy. Not “asked to not include peanuts”. If my son was deathly allergic to something I wouldn’t pussyfoot around with it.
