Fat triggers your satiation response. You feel full sooner on a high fat diet, and eat fewer calories. Fats also provide essential nutrients.

The best thing I ever heard about taxes is “we went to war over a 2% Tea tax (among other things) and now we are taxed every time money moves”

The money is there, we are taxed to the hilt. Congress wastes it…all of it.

The problem is the government pays for “free, that’s where your beef is.

This is a great example of why government “freebies” = less freedom. They pay, so they get to tel you what you can/cannot eat. Dependency isn’t free.
