That's pretty harsh. Sounds like the OP is acknowledging that life is gonna change drastically when he's having to put a kid's wants over his own.

Sounds stupid but go out to eat at your favorite places and spend a few hours sitting around drinking and visiting. That will be hard to come by and you will miss that kind of social interaction.

While not pulling out is the obvious answer, that’s also one of the main solutions to help the birthing process start.

2nd thing to do would be to sleep as much as possible. You may be blessed w a great sleeper, or you could get the kid that gets night terrors, makes loud noises when the roll over, or just takes 2-3 hour power naps at night

Have 4 years left until son graduates high school after that the house we live in will be way to big for 2 people. Thats probably when the housing market will be the worst to sell. Thats my kind of luck.
