I wish the baliff would shock him when he starts yelling at the judge.

The judge is lucky he is not in a SUV.

Brooks brought a copy of the oath she took as a judge

How can I do two things at once? It's impossible.

Bailiff is begging for a reason to push the shock button.

Can the judge declare that defense rest?

That's what I'm wondering, how do you proceed from this? If he refuses to call a witness what do you do?

I don't think there is any way she does that this quickly. If she does I imagine his convictions would get overturned.

There is absolutely no way that she is going to do that though. Have you seen how he wins everything when he acts like he does?

Oh I don't think she would. She's way too timid because she's worried about appeals so she's treating him with the kid gloves. But legally it's an option.

I still can't believe he got the judge to excuse the jury and let him talk about adding his mom to the subpoena list. I mean, Jesus.

He doesn't care that it's not going to go well for him. Two more witnesses is another couple of hours of this farce continuing.

What in Brooks' mind tells him it's a good idea to call witnesses who are going to say they saw him run people over
Posted on 10/21/22 at 8:58 am to MFn GIMP
What the hell does he think these witnesses are going to do for him?
