I'm assuming he's dragging this cross out with pointless questions is because he has zippity fricking doo da for a defense to get to.
I think that will be the case, but I think he believes he has a defense(s). He won't likely be able to present much of what he thinks is evidence.
I was just thinking that the number of times the jury leaves the courtroom to deal with him may increase when the case is turned over to him. If he gives an opening, the objections are going to be numerous.

Waited for him to accuse Det. Casey of running into his vehicle while he was beeping the horn.

I think those witnesses were going to testify about Brooks previously trying to run over their aunt but the court ruled it couldn't come in.

Thankfully, he is on those usual questions he tries to get in which means he is about to conclude his questions.

Does Brooks think it's unheard of that the lead investigator would work "extremely" closely with the DA's office?

Looks like I came back to the trial at an entertaining part. I love his "are you asking or telling?" I hate this man so much.

I wish just once the judge would say "I'm telling you, motherfricker"

I know why she doesn't but if she doesn't go home and have a shower beer everyday, she's a better woman than I am.

Brooks will not listen. He is going to keep on asking the same questions and he has told the judge he will keep asking these questions. He is now testifying and trying to get in his opinion on what the law is on the plaintiff business. He is so obnoxious.

And here is where he loses what little shite he had left.

You know that him being ignored just burns him up.
