He did that with another witness earlier. He kept asking him why he kept saying "you" and how he knew he was the guy he saw. It was great.

This is great. I thought he was pronouncing it "supstain".

Dude is literally sitting there reading the officer's report and asking him questions from it.

We have reached the portion of the trial where the State and Judge are helping him create his questions so they aren't objectionable.

And, again, he wants proof of subject matter jurisdiction. He also says he will not tell the state the order of his witnesses even though the state is helping him get the witnesses subpoenaed and to court. The judge told him he could get them there himself and he asked how he would do that. Idiot.

I can’t wait to see who he calls as his witnesses.
My guess is it’s gunna be momma

Sounds like the state feels it's on track to rest Wednesday morning

I wish his witness list provided to the state would be published.

No doubt "State of Wisconsin" is on it.

I want a dramatic moment where he calls the state of wisconsin to the stand and everyone just sits there in an awkward silence for a minute or two looking around the courtroom

I wonder if the state will call his mother. I don't think they need her really, but I'm curious.

Thought I heard them say earlier they were no longer planning on calling her and released her from her subpoena

Could be.
Do you think Brooks will testify? I can't decide if he is dumb enough to call himself to the stand. I don't think he will. I think he will try to do so, perhaps, when he gives an opening or closing IF he does.

I think he's narcissistic enough to call himself to the stand and say everything but what's related to the incident

at the end of today... Brooks ripped up some sheet of paper as the jury was walking out of the courtroom to go home for the night
Law & Crime Network is saying the paper he ripped up was Judge Dorow's written order on jurisdiction
this dude just doesn't get it... which isn't surprising
