also... Brooks did have a witness list ready... which is nice of him
apparently on it is Erika Patterson & the lead detective in the case... who we've already heard from during the prosecution's case-in-chief

judge... I thought you shut down this "state is a plaintiff" BS line of questioning last week

honestly... him getting the witnesses to talk him honking the horn is probably his best defense... probably his best line of questioning

every break ends with him trying to ask about jurisdiction BS (another sovereign citizen tactic) and every time the judge is like 'it's frivolous... I've already addressed this and will not entertain it anymore'
