Call the responding law enforcement agency & ask for the other vehicle’s VIN and provide that info to your insurer.

Make sure the accident report reads that way, that it's the other drivers fault, or it will be in question.
Other than that, deal with hospital, call your insurance to notify them to start a claim, and hope the report identifies fault on the other party.
