I've been checking EBRSO inmate log and active warrants every few days to see if they picked him up. Nothing yet.

Please keep us updated. His uncle must be a prosecutor or something.

Not even a warrant? Seems like they would have at least issued that.

Wouldn't LSU be the arresting agency, since the crime took place on campus?

Not sure. EBR sheriff is the only agency I can figure out how to access, LSU won't show me anything

BRPD doesn’t arrest people

According to Google maps, Bubba the Bandit lives just outside of BR city limits. His house is in EBR parish so Al Amiss and the boys should have cuffed him.

I sure hope he was arrested. I spent time away from the fam to help solve that case.

Appreciate the continued interest on the topic. We were made whole, items were found & returned.

The OT tracked him down but once it turned into doxxing him, posting pics of his house and someone spray painting his curb, the cops asked Chicken to delete it.

I’m skeptical of this claim.

I’m skeptical the BR cops are even thinking about the stolen trailer.

LSU PD seems like the primary agency since this happened on campus? EBRSO would be supporting.
While this theft was significant, it would not necessarily require an arrest for a criminal action to begin. Most likely, a criminal summons will be served for some point in the future. If you are interested, look at court records for this process.

I think if tailgate theft is a big issue, LSU would want to investigate this guy more.
