How will Amazon counter? Real doctors making housecalls by drone transportation? They can just roll it up into Prime.

I'm not too crazy about having to walk through a bunch of sick folks to go buy groceries. Seems like a place that sells food would not be a great place for a clinic.

ETA: But then again, they do have cafeterias in a lot of hospitals.

CAD would die from an easily treated case of syphilis just out of spite.

We had a clinic in the Pineville Walmart for a while. Took a drug test three different times because they botched the first two.

Picking off low hanging fruit first, I see. Next will be MS, NM, and LA?

Those states need it most. I see nothing wrong with this. $40 is extremely affordable for anyone, really. If $40 dollars makes or breaks you, you're already on medicaid probably.

You think ERs are bad in Louisiana? Try going to one here in the southwest. You walk in, it's 85% Mexican, they bring the whole family, and the "ailments" include runny noses, sore throats, etc.

Same thing in Louisiana, only a certain element you highlighted is a bit different.

Sooooo true. And while they are mainly getting one kid seen for something....they will go ahead and have all 12 of their kids seen for minor stuff.

Nurse… Can't remember. Do you work in the ER? Honestly can't remember.

Anyways… Wouldn't it be easy enough to tell them that they need to check in and be triaged if they would like to be seen or assessed?

I mean… They do need to be a patient before any medical assessment is done.

Don't work in ER....I work on the Peds floor. They check in all the kids sometimes. Yes you have to be checked in before you are assessed.
