Kevin tried it with me once, but i recognized him from the warnings. He does a good job to the unaware of acting like a good respectable guy who is just in a jam. I just answered him with a made up hard luck story of my own. Would have made Bubba proud.

We got a lawnmower guy like that in my little town I'm from. Just drives his lawn mower on the hwy like the waterboy, sits outside the gas station asking everybody for money

No, and i probably won’t give to an honest person who’s just in a jam anymore either because i’m sick to death of panhandlers. I travel for work and very often get hit up at gas stations.
Kevin is good, though. He starts like he’s just making pleasant conversation. He finds something to pretend he has in common with you based on what you wear, drive, etc. He is slick about working in the ask. That’s why the warning site about him is good. Saves people the time and energy of even dealing with him.

He has been known to get aggressive with women.
You got between my very pregnant wife and her door while I was returning the buggy. Unfortunately for him her hand was in her purse and she was likely about to shoot him. Some of the Latino guys at the Home Depot saw it and we're actually walking over to tell him to go away.
I turned around from putting the buggy back and he immediately took off running. Either myself or those Mexican guys were going to throw him an arse whipping, but if he would have taken one more step toward the wife I'm pretty sure he was a dead man.

It’s incredibly easy to not give to beggars. No need to be nervous or make up some lie about not having money. But the world has too many retards who insist on giving away their money, so the beggars hang around.
