Don’t make your password “password” gramps. But seriously, you have to assume they have all of your information down to your library card and blood type. Your information is probably for sale on the dark web. Cancel all your credit cards and debit cards, shred your checks, close your bank account and open new ones. Freeze your credit and make sure to call the opt out number to stop all credit card solicitations. Next, go down to your local federal building and fill out the necessary forms to get a new SS number. Just tell them you’re a victim of identity theft. Bring the Wal Mart receipt as proof. You’ll need to go to an all cash system until this blows over. It could take 6-9 months. You’ll need to watch your mailbox every day as soon as the mail is delivered to look for people stealing your mail. Don’t take your eyes off of it for one second because these thieves are good. Send someone to get money orders so you can pay bills, but only mail the at the post office. Don’t drop them in the box. Make sure to hand them to a person behind the counter. You can’t be too careful. Go to every restaurant/store where you've used your cards in the last 6 months and do a thorough investigation. And call every online retailer and do the same thing. Start with Amazon. You’ll be sure to track down the thieves soon. But until then, hunker down. This is gonna be a long, tough fight.

I'm confused. So did they hack your. credit cards too? I have Walmart Plus. It saves cards to a wallet like Amazon. So why are your credit cards authorizing using those wrong addresses and phone unless they also hacked your cards too?
I don’t know. The last 4 on the card do not match any of my current cards. It is a Visa with an expiration in September of this year. The billing address is not mine either it is of the mansion on a golf course in West Palm Beach which isn’t mine either.

Sounds like some kind of giant clusterfrick with the Walmart computer system to me. Nothing shipped to you and nothing charged to you. Your only involvement is that you were notified of the shipment.

Enable 2fa on any account that has access to your finances.

I need to do this as well. I have some old, seldom used accounts that I haven’t enabled it on. Fortunately, they won’t have a valid credit card if they are that old!

So they are using a stolen card in your account. Maybe to make it slower to track and shut down. So monitor your saved cards for use on someone else's Walmart account etc.

I called Walmart and they just flagged the account.
Spoke with an Indian call center princess with overseas support.
At first they said since it was delivered, I would have to dispute with my card issuer. I then told her it wasn’t my card that was used.
I guess Walmart or Walmart’s reseller will be out an Apple Watch Ultra 3.

My sister had this happen with her WM account years ago. There was just one problem, the dumbasses failed to change the associated shipping address and all the stuff they bought was shipped to her. One thing was an external harddrive (back when the were still really expensive) and some type of router. They also bought a couple of giftcards. She shut it all down, returned the stuff. The giftcards showed up about a week later, and WM told her to keep and use them. I think it was like $500 worth of cards.
