Okay, it is racist. What people need to figure out and come to grips with is that racism is not a crime. It is short-sighted. But he is not lynching or dressed in Klan gear. He stated an opinion.

I grew up in an upper middle class suburbs. We all were taught morals.
Yet good kids took more than one candy. Some cheated on tests.
And some who took more turned out just fine.
It’s funny. But this board has people who subscribe to “if you ain’t cheating you ain’t trying “
And I don’t know how many times I’ve read about people stealing content.
Bet a healthy number of those believe they were taught morals. Believe they are raising moral kids. And regularly attend church.

As a businessman who owns a popular chain restaurant, he should be aware of what he posted.
You can sit here and try to justify it by saying he didn't say this or that, but it was implied and you know right away how people will take it. Perception is the only thing that matters.
